What we collect when you enquire or book, why we need it, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.

This website is run by Superpro Samui, a martial arts, fitness and training resort at 48/10 Moo 3, Koh Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Superpro Samui.
For anything to do with your personal information, write to info@superprosamui.com or call +66 (0) 94 148 6983.
We only ask for what we need to answer you and to run your booking.
We do not buy personal data from anyone, and we do not sell yours.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them for two things:
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the functional ones, the cart and checkout will stop working.
Only the companies that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:
We will also disclose information if Thai law or a lawful order requires it. Otherwise, nobody else gets it.
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for answering you and for up to two years afterwards, in case you come back to us. Booking and payment records are kept for the period Thai accounting and tax rules require. Analytics data follows the retention period set in the tools themselves. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, and under the GDPR if you are contacting us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can ask us to:
Email info@superprosamui.com and we will deal with it. We will not charge you for asking, and we will not treat you differently for having asked.
We run classes for children, but this website is not aimed at them. Bookings for anyone under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian, who gives us that child’s details rather than the child doing so.
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to the booking records is limited to the people who need it, and payments are handled by a specialist provider rather than by us. No website can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously.
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you.
Write to info@superprosamui.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee, or to the data protection authority in your own country.
