The rules that apply when you book training, a package or a room with us — including health, safety and what happens if something goes wrong.

This website and the training it sells are operated by Superpro Samui, 48/10 Moo 3, Koh Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand — info@superprosamui.com, +66 (0) 94 148 6983. Buying anything on this site, or training with us, means you accept these terms.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must read and accept these terms on your behalf before you train.
Single classes, weekly and monthly memberships, private sessions, Body Transformation Packages, and accommodation at the camp. What each one includes is described on its page. Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB).
We do our best to keep every page accurate, but timetables, trainers and facilities change. Classes may be rescheduled, and a named trainer is not guaranteed for any particular session.
A booking is confirmed when payment has been taken and you have received our confirmation email. Until then nothing is held for you.
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
If a price is listed in error, we will tell you before taking payment, and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel with nothing charged.
In short: bookings are not refundable, but your dates can be moved with at least 7 days’ notice. The full rules, including what happens to days you do not use, are on the Booking, Payment & Cancellation page, and they form part of these terms.
Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, MMA, HYROX and strength training carry a real risk of injury. By training with us you accept that risk.
We strongly recommend that you arrange travel and medical insurance that covers combat sports before you arrive. We do not provide medical or travel cover.
We may refuse entry to, or remove from the premises, anyone who trains unsafely, ignores a trainer, behaves abusively towards staff or other guests, or arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In that case no money is returned.
Rooms are booked subject to availability and are for the guests named on the booking. Please treat the rooms and shared areas with care; we may charge for damage beyond normal wear.
If we cancel a session, a class or a stay for reasons within our control, we will offer you alternative dates or return your money for the part we could not provide, whichever you prefer. We are not responsible for things outside our control, such as weather, flight disruption, illness, or government restrictions.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for anything else that Thai law does not allow us to limit.
Beyond that, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, lost earnings or the cost of other arrangements you made.
Please look after your belongings. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen on the premises.
The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to Superpro Samui and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. We link to other websites from time to time; we are not responsible for what is on them.
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the moment you book is the one that applies to that booking.
These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If something has gone wrong, tell us before anything else. Email info@superprosamui.com or speak to reception — most problems are quicker to fix in person.
