SUP Yoga

We are excited to be teaming up with Vikasa Yoga to offer a brand new mindfulness experience - SUP Yoga!
Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga combines traditional yoga poses with the challenge of balancing on a paddleboard floating atop of the water. It integrates the calming effects of yoga with the tranquility of being on the water, providing a unique and refreshing experience.

This practice is equally relaxing as it is challenging! Some of the key benefits of SUP yoga include increased focus and awareness, core muscle engagement and activation, improved balance and stability, and a sensation of being truly immersed in the present moment- something that can be rare in our busy day to day lives.
Held in our beautiful open-air pool, SUP Yoga offers a refreshing change from traditional studio yoga classes, providing a dynamic and playful environment for all levels. It's a great way to deepen your  experience of yoga while enjoying the outdoors and making the most of Thailand's warm and tropical environment - making it quite refreshing if you do happen to fall in!
Expect a fun and challenging yoga session designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. No prior experience is required- either in yoga or in SUP. Classes include meditation and gentle breathing exercises, yoga poses on the SUP boards, plus savasana - the final relaxation pose.  Wear yoga clother, exercise clothes, swimwear or anything you feel comfortable moving in (knowing that you might end up in the pool!).
Come along and try something new, have some fun, and experience a yoga class that will challenge, uplift and inspire you.
Class length: 45 minutes
Level: All levels
Schedule: Tuesday and Sunday @ 9.30 am
Wear: yoga clothes or swimwear (bring a towel)
